Preparing for September.

Alright kids it's time to be honest. I took pictures this morning and I didn't see much of a difference. I will not let another month go by wasted. I've been proud of myself the last couple of days but I'm not surprised by my results. I knew that the majority of this month I was not doing what needed to be done.
September Plan.
*Track calories on sparkpeople
*I'm going to continue doing my turbo jam routine. 
*Two-a-day Tuesdays (additional 30 minutes minimum)
*Plank-a-day
*Daily squat Challenge

 I'm not 100% sure if I'm going to commit to this next calendar workout. But I'll post it and decide tomorrow. I'm leaning toward...
 So here it is...

General
Challenges
Cardio
