August 2nd

I didn't end up getting to my Jillian workout yesterday because my husband had the day off and we decided to visit the city museum and the state fair. So I did get a bit of walking in. And I'm proud to say I didn't eat a single bite of junk (which is everything) at the fair.
Meals:
Breakfast
Yogurt smoothie with cherries &blueberries
Homemade bread with blackberry jam
cucumber slices 
Snack
Cantaloupe
Slice of zucchini bread 
Dinner
Tri-tip with feta, blue, almonds, granny apple, & garlic
Mashed red potatoes
Slice of Homemade bread 
Snack
1/2c Chocolate Ice cream
Topped with raisins, walnuts, coconut
YUM!
*I didn't get a chance to eat lunch because we were so go go go. Plus I wasn't all that hungry.

Water:
12 out of 16 ain't bad
Alrighty all caught up! I'm not disappointed in myself. I can't be. Life happens. That's why this is a LIFESTYLE and not a DIET. Sometimes you have to adapt.
