I had an amazing workout today. I feel so good. My fat is no longer hitting me in the face when I jump! Improvements. So Awesome.
Yesterday I had a bit of a dilemma. I chose to not do my Shred and did Turbo Jam instead. I got a great workout in. I was only concerned that if I didn't do Shred everyday I would end up failing. But I learned a lesson. Just like last month I learned I don't have to workout as soon as my eyes open in the morning to be successful, This month I learned that as long as I'm doing something I'm still a success. After all this is a lifestyle and I'm actually only setting myself up for failure if I don't enjoy my workouts.

However do not fret I'm still shredding this month. I did it today and it was fantabulous. I was suppose to begin level 2 today but I didn't feel ready to move on. So I'll get there when I get there.Bible Reading: Acts 28, Proverbs 11

Oatmeal, Raisins,
Brown Sugar, PB2, Almonds
Plum, Cheese
Sunland Banana PB, Homemade Blackberry jam,
Sauteed Brussels sprouts w/ garlic and feta
