I'm not perfect. Say What?

So first thing in the morning I went grocery shopping and picked up PB2. I've been seeing a lot of places. It's powdered peanut butter, so they take most of the fat and oil out of it. It's so great. Do you have any idea how many times I've wanted to add pb to my morning oatmeal and just concluded it would be too weird and or difficult to stir it in. But now I can! My breakfast was like a Oatmeal Peanut Butter Raisin COOKIE! Yummerz.
I had an amazing workout today. I feel so good. My fat is no longer hitting me in the face when I jump! Improvements. So Awesome.
Yesterday I had a bit of a dilemma. I chose to not do my Shred and did Turbo Jam instead. I got a great workout in. I was only concerned that if I didn't do Shred everyday I would end up failing. But I learned a lesson. Just like last month I learned I don't have to workout as soon as my eyes open in the morning to be successful, This month I learned that as long as I'm doing something I'm still a success. After all this is a lifestyle and I'm actually only setting myself up for failure if I don't enjoy my workouts.

However do not fret I'm still shredding this month. I did it today and it was fantabulous. I was suppose to begin level 2 today but I didn't feel ready to move on. So I'll get there when I get there.

Sauteed Brussels sprouts w/ garlic and feta
