New Program!


So it's official. I got sick of doing 30 day shred. The last couple days I've been doing Turbo Jam. And I've just decided to make it official. I'm going to do Turbo Jam for the remainder of August and through September. I absolutely love this workout. I'm having so much fun.
I found this schedule. I think it's what comes with the Turbo Jam Results kit or something. Anywho I only have the dvd so I found this. There's also an "Advanced Rotation" that I'm sure I'll do at some point.

Monday - Learn & Burn
Tuesday - Learn & Burn
Wednesday - 20 Minute
Thursday - 20 Minute
Friday - Rest
Saturday - Rest
Sunday - Rest

Week 2
Monday - 20 Minute
Tuesday - 20 Minute & Ab Jam
Wednesday - Cardio Party
Thursday - 20 Minute & Ab Jam
Friday - 20 Minute
Saturday - Rest
Sunday - Rest

Week 3
Monday - 20 Minute & Ab Jam

Alrighty well I just wanted to update on what my current plan is.
Yesterday was my husband's birthday and now I'm back at it full throttle. I love my new self. Old me would've just junked it out for the next 5 days and then "started fresh" but now I know that is ridiculous and every day is a new beginning. Amen.
