Jammed

Anyone who doesn't use Sparkpeople.com I would highly recommend you check it out. The other day I started a challenge on there. Its 10-Minute Daily Exercise Streak Challenge. It's a four week program of learning to stay consistent. My week one goals are waking up at 9am each morning, not eating after 8pm at night, and 10 minutes of additional exercise each day. I've done Just Dance & Yoga so far. So fun!
I found my camera yesterday morning so I will be back to posting pics of my meals. When my sister was up she was saying she doesn't really think I need to track my calories. If I'm eating what's good for me and only eating when I'm hungry I shouldn't go over. Only eating things that are whole and natural. Fruits, veggies, grains, beans, nuts, hormone free animal protein. I think my biggest problem would be that I have a cheese addiction. So I think I'm going to make a compromise with myself. I can't have one small serving of cheese most days. But don't binge. We all know what happens after one indulges on too much cheese ;)
However I'm still unsure. I think I want to track calories so I have a 100% guarantee I'm doing what I need to do. With not weighing myself I really need to hold myself accountable.
I did Turbo Jam for the first time today and I absolutely love it. It is in the top two for my favorite workouts.
I'm not even lying its more like having fun then working out. It's high energy. I swear I had a smile on my face the whole time. I probably couldn't talk because I was out of breath. But I definitely could smile. I plan on doing much much more of it.
