Wahoo! I just finished day two of level 3. I did sooo much better today and I'm so proud. Some of the moves I thought were too hard to do yesterday I tried today. I couldn't do them for the whole 30 seconds but then I would just move on to a mod. There's still a lot of the moves that are too hard for me to try but instead of staring at the TV I came up with my own modification! Ultimately it was an amazing workout :)
