Week 3 Level 3

Wow! This one was a major ass kicker. She jumped about 10 notches from level 2. Right out the gate for warm up we're doing "sledgehammers" "lunge twists" and some crazy balancing stretch thing. lol. I couldn't do everything but I'm still really proud of what I accomplished. Plus I'm so pumped to be halfway thru the month :)
