Clean Life

So I took yesterday day off and I may be taking today off. I'm not feeling very well. But I will make sure and finish my last two days of Jillian before the end of the week. I'm so excited to move on to the next phase of this amazing year.
So me and my husband have been reading a lot lately about food. I've been reading different article and magazines about how animals are treated but not even that. It's more about what they feed the animals that we eat. The fact that they have to clean the meat we eat with ammonia because when they are alive they are need deep in their own shit. We watched this video called Food INC. I highly recommend it. But any who long story short...too late... lol... We are switching our food over. I've even switched my beauty products to ones that don't have added colors and chemicals etc. It may be more expensive but it's not like its something that needs to be bought a lot. Also if there were ever health complications from our "American Diet" we're actually saving money. Plus our health is more important then anything.


I also have a strong belief that simply switching to hormone free foods in and of itself create weight loss. I was living with my sister for about 6 months and I kid you not I did not do a lick of exercise I simply at the food she gave me to eat. Which was ALWAYS hormone free, organic, natural. No fast food etc. Not only did I not gain weight but I actually LOST weight. On top of the fact that I felt amazing. Me and My husband feel strongly about living a natural healthy lifestyle so that when we have children we can lead by example.
