Well the day has come ladies and gentlemen. Its the final day of level 3. Then I only have my last week at level 4 and I will officially be
RIPPED IN 30. Now normally I'm pretty anal about getting my workout in within 15 minutes of waking up so I can't back out. But I've come this far there's no way I'm stopping. So I'm teaching myself that I can do workouts later in the day or whenever I feel like it and still be successful.
