Welcome Week 4!

Amazing workout! I feel fantastic. I can't believe how strong I've become. At the end of the week, and end of the Ripped in 30 process I'll write a list of all the ways I've found myself changed both physically and mentally. I can't believe I only have 4 days left!
I'm very excited to go visit my sister and nephew at the end of the week. I miss them. Then beginning August 1st I begin 30 Day Shred.
How the program works is there are 3 levels. You do each level for 10 days or whenever you feel ready to move on to the next. (I'll go into more detail when the time comes) I've done this dvd program once before I did 28 out of 30 straight! It was awesome. But when I finished I just went back to my regular life and ate whatever and didn't workout anymore. That's the main reason this time around I'm so passionate about having an in depth plan for the entirety of the year, so I don't revert back to old habits but I cement a new lifestyle.
