Great Day

So yesterday I bought a heart rate monitor. I'm so excited to be able to know how many calories I burn when doing different workouts. You have to hear this. Yesterday when I did Cardio Party I burned...wait for it... 823 calories!!! It was only a 45 minute workout. AMAZING! 
I'm so excited to see the difference at the end of the month. I know it's only been 6 days but I already know it's going to be huge. I really feel like my tummy looks smaller. I've been walking around with a sore (in a good way) mid-section for the last couple of days. It seems those planks are doing their job. However, something that is sorta bothering me is the fact that my butt does not really hurt at all. I can definitely feel it when I'm doing the squats but for some reason I'm still able to move around. And I'm not sure that is a good thing. :( At least I know I'm doing what needs to be done.
