Happy 2013! I know I'm a bit late on that but hey. So far my year has been amazing. Me and my husband moved to Bozeman and got a great apartment. Now that we're all settled in I'm ready to start kicking my ass full throttle. Yesterday I started the Advanced round of Turbo Jam. Woot Woot!
I am actually going to start doing weekly weigh-ins and Friday morning with be my first week. I have big plans for my workouts this year but I'll talk about that a bit later. It's great to be back!

Welcome to November. I love firsts of the month. It's a restart. This morning my breakfast was actually extremely horrible. I had leftover pizza (4 slices :( and Reese's. But this month I'm tracking my calories so I can hold myself accountable. I'm about the go get jiggy with my workout.

Body Revolution is in full swing
Wow I can't believe it's almost been a month since my last post. I'm going to really try to get dedicated to posting again. It really helps keep me motivated. So now for the recap. The first week of October I was rocking it. I was doing Body Revolution and Rockin Body. Then my birthday came and I just stopped. Everything. But instead of allowing my old self to convince me to wait til November first. I hoped back on the bandwagon on Monday. I'm doing Body Revolution...this week. I'm consistently changing my workouts each week so I don't get bored and just stop again. Well it's good to be back to the blogging. See ya around.

Ouch!
So I've been out of commission for the last two days. Me and my husband did the disco groove workout on my Rockin Body dvd and we both hurt out backs. I'm fairly certain it was muscle pain but needless to say we have just been laying around. October first is fast approaching and with it comes Body Revolution! I'm so excited. Well that's my update for the time being bc I'm sitting on the floor and I don't want to test my back too much. Holla!

So for this last week I'm going to have a party and do whatever workout I want each day. In the previous post I showed all the goodies I've gotten lately. Well that's what I'm going to spend my time doing... checking out my new videos. The last two days I've done Rockin Body and I can honestly tell you it is one of the funnest workouts ever!
